  • Providing and maintaining the email synchronization service

4. Email Credentials Security

Your email server credentials are treated with the highest security:

  • Credentials are only stored temporarily in encrypted memory during active sync operations
  • We never store your email passwords in our database or on disk
  • Credentials are automatically and permanently deleted immediately after sync completion
  • All connections to email servers use TLS encryption
  • We cannot access or read your emails; our servers only facilitate the transfer

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

  • Account information is retained while your account is active
  • Sync task metadata (status, timestamps, counts) is retained for your reference
  • Detailed sync logs are automatically deleted after 30 days
  • Archived tasks and their associated data are permanently deleted

You have the right to:

  • Access and update your personal information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a readable format
  • Opt out of marketing communications

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • LemonSqueezy: For secure payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data. As the merchant of record, LemonSqueezy may collect, aggregate, and retain usage data for their business purposes including benchmarking, product improvement, and research. Any such data is anonymized and does not identify individual users.
  • Hosting Providers: For server infrastructure with strict security controls.
