At EasyMailSync, we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for paid subscriptions and services.

2. Free Trial

Every new account includes one free email sync to test our service. We encourage you to use this free sync to evaluate whether EasyMailSync meets your needs before purchasing a subscription.

3. Eligible Refund Requests

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If the Service is fundamentally unable to perform email synchronization due to issues on our end, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 days.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
  • Unauthorized Charges: If your account was charged without your authorization (subject to investigation).

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the service after purchase.
  • Failure to Cancel: If you forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • Partial Usage: If you used part of your subscription and no longer need it.
  • Email Provider Issues: If synchronization fails due to issues with your email provider's servers or configuration.
  • User Error: If incorrect credentials or settings were provided preventing successful sync.
  • Violation of Terms: If your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use.

5. Subscription Types

7-Day Pass

The 7-Day Pass is a one-time purchase valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Due to the time-limited nature of this pass, refunds are only available if the pass was never used and the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for monthly subscriptions are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase and only if no sync tasks were created.

Yearly Subscription

Yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests for yearly subscriptions must be made within 14 days of purchase and will be prorated based on usage.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Contact our support team at support@easymailsync.com
  2. Include your account email address and order ID
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution. Original transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first if you are dissatisfied with our service. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargeback claims.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
