5. Email Content

You are solely responsible for:

• The content of emails you transfer using our Service
• Ensuring you have the right to transfer the emails
• Complying with all applicable data protection laws
• Backing up your emails before using the Service

6. Payment Terms

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy

7. Service Limitations

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Compatibility with all email providers or configurations
• Preservation of all email metadata during transfer
• Specific transfer speeds or completion times

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyMailSync shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, emails, or attachments
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah.

12. Merchant of Record

Payments for subscriptions are processed through LemonSqueezy, LLC, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. This means LemonSqueezy is responsible for billing, collecting, and remitting sales tax (where applicable) and handling customer service inquiries related to payments. EasyMailSync is responsible for the delivery and functionality of the email synchronization service.

13. Tax Compliance

As the merchant of record, LemonSqueezy handles sales tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes on digital goods and services in accordance with the laws of the jurisdictions in which you reside. You are responsible for any use tax or similar taxes that may apply to your use of the Service.
